I’m a lifelong gamer since childhood, and I am passionate about sports, personal development, freedom, self-mastery, and lasting achievement.

Throughout my youth, I played a variety of sports across many years including soccer, tennis, table tennis, basketball, volleyball, and swimming, as well as a variety of other competitive games and esports, such as Magic: The Gathering, Chess, Poker — which I pursued as a career for several years, Legends of Runeterra, Counter-Strike, and Valorant.

Theo Korstanje is a writer with experience in multiple niches including fitness, nature, and fashion. He is a graduate from McMaster University with a Bachelor’s Degree in English. When not working on writing projects, he’s either weight training, or cycling around his hometown, Hamilton, Ontario.
